When and how do we collect your information?

GUEP collects personal information in the following ways:

What information do we collect?

As a rule, personal data is collected when the user requests inclusion in one of GUEP’s content distribution lists, when he contracts one of the products or services provided by GUEP and, in this context, personal data is mandatory to supply. GUEP, in the scope of its activity, may resort to subcontractors for the provision of certain services, and this provision may imply the access, by these entities, to personal data entrusted to it. Legal basis for processing

Right to access and control your personal data
GUEP offers the User several options of what to do with his Personal Data collected, processed and stored, including its deletion and / or correction. The User can: I. Delete data: the User may request the deletion of some of his Personal Data (for example, if they are no longer needed to provide the services to him). II. Change or correct data: the User can edit or request the editing of some of his Personal Data. Mediation and Election Forum
This policy is subject to the Law of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the District Court of Santo André / S.P., Brazil, it is competent to settle any dispute with respect to it. In the event of an incident with Personal Data, GUEP reserves the right to appoint JUSPRO – Justice Without Process Mediation and Conciliation S / S Ltda. of Santo André / S.P. or the jurisdiction of the nearest district, such as the Mediation Chamber able to settle issues involving Users who hold the data, pursuant to Article 52, §7 of the General Data Protection Law – LGPD.
